Grizzly Pass

The Grizzly pass is a great way to save on your lodge registration this year. Enjoy savings of over $100, and the convenience of only having to pay for events once, with this all-inclusive pass. This includes your annual dues, registration fee for WICC, Spring Rendezvous, Vigil Induction, Fall Summit and all four inductions! Roofed housing can also be added to your pass for an additional $15 per event (WICC, Rendezvous & Summit only).

The pass is $170 for everyone, and includes your annual dues.

Membership Renewal

All Arrowmen are encouraged to register with the lodge each year. Please use the link below to renew your membership. Members can do so in their Member Portal, by logging in with the link below and navigating to the "Member Dues" tab. If you would like to renew the membership for scouts in your unit, you will need to contact administration@cpc-oa.org where we will help you do so manually.

WICC

Join us for a weekend of fun and fellowship at Camp Meriwether and learn how to be a better Ceremonialist, Elangomat, or Induction Master! We’ll have workshops and classes for anyone looking to help us better our lodge’s induction journey.

Registration is $35, or included with your Grizzly Pass (info above). Roofed housing is available for an extra $15, due at registration.

Spring Rendezvous & Banquet

Spring Rendezvous is one of our two all-lodge fellowships and includes many fun things to do and participate in. Starting Friday night and continuing through Saturday evening, there will be many fun activities which could include things like Rifle shooting, Tomahawk throwing, and Climbing! We’ll also have workshops, which have been things like obsidian knife making, leather pouches and paracord bracelets in the past. Our theme this year will be REDACTED and we’re going to have many events and activities planned around the theme. Finally, in the evening we’ll have our annual awards recognition show and banquet. Following that, we will have an opportunity for eligible members to complete their brotherhood ceremony. Rendezvous is one of our biggest events of the year, and is filled with plenty of fun and fellowship. Join us March 6th—8th at Camp Meriwether and discover the fun for yourself!

Inductions

Each year, our lodge holds three spring inductions and one fall induction, one at each of our Scouts BSA camps. The purpose of these weekends is not only to induct new scouts and scouters into our lodge and recognize them with all the rights and privleges that come with membership in our order, but to give back to our camps, our program, and our council. The service we do during these weekends helps make sure our camps are ready to go for the summer camp season, and that youth have a blast this summer.

  • Camp Pioneer: June 12-14
  • Camp Lewis: September 25-27
Candidates:

Registration is $65, which includes your dues for the first year, your ordeal and brotherhood sashes, and your OA handbook. For more info on what an induction is, what to bring, and what to expect, check out the Candidate information page.

Fall Summit

Join us at camp meriwether for our fall fellowship and planning weekend. We’ll have plenty of fun activities and projects, followed by our chief and vice-chief elections as well as a planning session for the coming year.
