Service

As a service organization, Wauna La Mon’tay Lodge strives to provide valuable service to Scouting and our local communities.  We have numerous service opportunities every year, including projects at our events and induction weekends, as well as Lodge service days.

See the information below for more details about service opportunities.

ArrowCorps

Join the Wauna La-Mon-tay Lodge in August 2025 for ArrowCorps, a weeklong service project event for Arrowmen and Scouts from all over.  Participants will form crews and help with projects in the National Forests surrounding Camp Pioneer.  Work intensity varies from in-camp work, to three night long treks. This is an experience you won't soon forget, with friends both new and old!

All participants must be at least 14 years of age by the start of the event, but they don't have be an OA member, all Scouts are welcome!

ArrowCorps registration will open in early 2025. Take a look here for more info!

Leadership in Service Award

To recognize those within our Lodge who are dedicated to service, we present the Leadership In Service (LiS) award.  Recipients of the Leadership In Service award are presented with either an exclusive Lodge flap or belt buckle, depending on the level of award earned.

All the service required for a single level of the Leadership In Service award must be completed within one year, starting at Spring Rendezvous.  Any awards completed in the next year will be handed out at the following Spring Rendezvous.

See the form below to start working on the Leadership In Service award!
